All undergraduate members are required to read and acknowledge the Housing Contract & Policy each year.
Step 1: Review the Documents

Step 2: Acknowledge the Policy/Contract
This step confirms that you’ve read and understood the Housing Policy/Contract. Your Housing Option selection determines your housing status and invoicing.
- New Members: Complete the Housing Policy/Contract Acknowledgment fields during your initial Wild Apricot application.
- Renewing Members: In March, you must manually update your profile to renew your Acknowledgements and select your Housing Option. To do this:
- Log in to Wild Apricot.
- Navigate to View Profile (top-right corner).
- Click Edit Profile
- Scroll to any newly required fields marked with an asterisk (*), including: Housing Contract Acknowledgement and Housing Option (used for financial planning and invoicing).
- Make your selections and click Save.
Step 3: Confirmation
Once saved, your acknowledgment and housing selection will be recorded automatically.
